Your request is first pending: the driver receives it, then confirms it depending on availability. You're notified by email at every step: request received, booking confirmed, or driver unavailable. If the request isn't handled before the departure time, it expires automatically. The estimate is emailed to you as soon as the booking is accepted, and the invoice once the ride is completed.
